[SFM Ponies] Containment Control

This was suppose to look a little like Rainbow Six: Sieges Outbreak event, I have played the event on the Technical Test Server, it's very well made and I enjoyed it.
I couldn't make it like Outbreak since I didn't have assets that look familiar to the event.
